Shadows of Nothing nasceu da renuncia existencial, para expressar toda a revolta e toda a escuridão, a inexistência do amanhã, um mundo paralelo para o qual somos arrastados e do qual não nos conseguimos esconder. É após a travessia do vazio que surge a liberdade.

Uma viagem psicologicamente revoltante e desconfortável que dará carne ao macabro mundo de Advent Mechanism.

Advent Mechanism is portuguese Rock / Industrial band formed by Navras.

After the loss of his last band, he decided to work alone fulltime and gather some musicians for the gigs and EP recording.

inspired by his favorite 1 man band, Velvet Acid Christ ( and many others like Korn, Akira Yamaoka, Portishead etc... ) he decided to create, altough hard these days, something fresh and new.

When you start entering the mood and the world of Advent Mechanism you start realizing that the world is not what it seems and reality is an illusion, and before you notice, you are submerging to an unknown place, a place that lives within you, a place where nothing exists, and when you come from that place your eyes will never see the same again.
